Hi, this is Paula. I love wine, food and traveling- like most of us. I’ve earned my WSET Diploma in 2018 and I also have a formal culinary training by the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. I came to NYC in ’95 and from day one I was in the hospitality industry, which culminated with me running my own restaurant and wine bar with my husband Renato, who is a WSET Diploma holder too. After a beautiful 10 year run I continue to be one lucky gal as my job is to buy great wines for a great bunch. I feel extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to visit numerous wine regions around the world and meet incredibly talented wine producers.
